3. When you fill out the contact form on the Messages Gateway Foundation website, we use the registered information to officially communicate with you or to respond to your inquiry, and we do not provide this information to any third party whatsoever.
4. Please note that when you access another website through the Messages Gateway Foundation website, you will no longer be on the Foundation’s website, and will then be subject to the other website’s policy and at your own risk without any liability on our part.
Second: Cookies (Browser Information)
1. The Message Gateway Foundation website uses cookies (browser information) to identify the website server that the user is using to request a service. The term "cookie" means a small piece of information that is sent to the server along with the website page when a user visits a website. The browser then returns the cookie only to its original sender.
2. We cannot use browser information for anything related to the user on our website pages except to determine the connection (IP), time, country, and location. The latter cannot necessarily be correct as it is subject to the service provider and the connection ID of each service provider individually.
Third: Information Security
1. Message Gateway Foundation, being concerned with its website, uses encryption for all its customers’ information when registering for customer service through high security encryption on the communication protocol between the user and our website server, which does not allow spying on customer information by any third party.
2. We do not share customer information with any third party through our website, and all information and documents are not stored directly on the organization's website.
3. The server hosting the Message Gateway Foundation website is subject to the highest levels of protection, and we always advise you to run antivirus software. Therefore, the Message Gateway Foundation is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your device while you are connected to the Message Gateway Foundation website.
4. We do not access the user's device or collect any information about it such as: pictures, secret numbers, passwords, private or public documents under any circumstances.
Fourth: Updates

2. The Messages Gateway Foundation may update the terms of the Privacy Policy from time to time based on what the public and private interest requires and in accordance with our approach and field of specialization.
3. We review the implementation of our privacy policy periodically, and we bear the consequences of any violation of the privacy policy on our part if any violation is found on our part.
Fifth: Declarations
1. We hereby agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdictional authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only, with respect to any claims which may arise from any direct breach of our Privacy Policy.
2. By reviewing the terms of the privacy policy on the Messages Portal Foundation website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the privacy policy.
3. The privacy policy we follow on our website is not very different from the privacy policy followed by the Messages Gateway Foundation in dealing with its clients through its office. The difference lies in the type of access to us, either through direct transactions or electronic transactions.
